With over 15 years of experience in strategy and transformation, Aaron has spent his career doing the actual work—not just recommending it. He's navigated the complexities of strategic change inside Fortune 500 organizations, leading cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives that fundamentally altered business trajectories.
Rather than following the traditional consulting playbook of junior analysts and standardized frameworks, Aaron founded Aspen Strategy Group to work differently. Every engagement is senior-led because the work matters too much to delegate to anyone who hasn't lived it.
